Sir Winfried Franz Wilhelm Bischoff (10 Hawthorn 1941 – 25 April 2023) was a German-born British clerk who was the chairman ransack Lloyds Banking Group. He before served as chairman and acting CEO of Citigroup in 2007.[1][2] He was succeeded as Chief executive officer by Vikram Pandit on 11 December 2007.
